Both our core services generally involves a level of consultancy associated with them in order to ensure this objective. We work with our customers to identify their technological requirements clearly, inorder to first also help them decide which solutions best matches their requirements, and then to engineer optimum solutions, considering both their effectiveness and cost.

Data Integration and Platforming

Coalition of data is part of our main platforming strategy where we integrate information assets throughout your organisation to a central point accessible in a unified manner accross business departments, silos, people, and processes. To achieve this we study existing systems within an organisation, and how they are used, but on top, in desinging a data platfom we align all information assets within the orgnaisation with its long term objectives and strategies.

Product Extentions

Through our portfolio of products and partnerships, more often than not we are able to meet Platforming and Mashup requirements of our customers. However, it is sometimes the case that due to unique aspects of each business, it is necessary that some customisation is done. Solutions Engineering therefore attempts to bridge gaps in functional requirements which may exists within your organisation, which are not addressed by core systems such as ERPs, and CRMs.

Business Mashups

While larger gaps in application requirements are bridged using professionally engineered product extentions, our business platforms are designed to be organic. This is that they allow individuals within the organisation to view, manage, and utilise information according to their own objectives, and empower them to design mashups, reports, situational applications, and business intelligneces tools accordingly. Where individuals or departments may not be geared to handle this, we are able to step in and provide such mashups and rapid situational applications within accelerated timeframes, and at low cost.

Systems Training

As our platforms are designed to be user friendly, user training and system adoptation are typically seamless. However as knowledge workers within organisations are encouraged to maximise the potential of our platforms through custom mashups, and situational applications, we are geared to support necessary user training and associated materials and tools to ensure this.
